Anyone can participate. You just have to be notified by their PR people. Do you talk to FRAN DANIELS. If you don't, I suggest you get on her mailing and FAX lists, she will also notify you of conference calls, whenever they happen. This one was planned yesterday, so there can be very improntu. Dr Stephen Paul has not yet "officially" joined PEC, since he still has several obligations left at Princeton University. But will join PEC shortly, after his employment contract is worked out. No timetable given on patent approval. Govt. agencies work soooo fast!!!!!
