Mov((RSI(13)-LLV(RSI(13),13))/(HHV(RSI(13),13)-(LLV(RSI(13),13))),13,e)*100

then 3 custom fmls
RSI13 - minRSI13 '[top]
maxRSI13-minRSI13 '[bot]
[top]/[bot] '{srsi]
and avg[srsi]13 *100 >70

It probally doesn't work but you get idea. I think WOW or MSWIN is best suited to scan or alert to the conditions required. Q+ is great to filter stocks to scan, I can't picture someone limiting their view to only STOCHrsi signals in reviewing stocks.
