The results of the devistation were changing that whole time. Look, maybe Bush should have spoken sooner, maybe not, but this entire topic is about appearances, not substance.

Does it matter when Bush got in front of a camera and said anything? No. What matters is what happens afterward.

So, once again, how do you feel about Kofi? He took even longer than Bush to say anything, yet I don't hear any critics of his.
