I think that you may have hit on something. A bank could establish
it own brand e.g. Bank Net and advertise that processing was performed
by Checkfree.

It seems that the addition to a banks bottom line is to far removed
due to an equity in Integrion and thus a piece of Checkfree. From
what I know the Integrion subscriber targets are a challenge to meet
on the current growth path.

Rather than cash Checkfree could offer the bank free processing
for a period of time for new accounts brought in under the promotion.
With Genesis in place, it appears that Checkfree has a little excess
processing capacity. This kicker might entice some banks to co-op
some advertising with Checkfree brand for processing.
