They're listing at $400, but surely it will be quickly discounted.

The device has the ability to "tag" songs when you hear them so that when it is docked it will download (for purchase) from Napster automatically.

My recollection is that your recorded XM content goes away if you drop the XM sub, but MP3s you have uploaded to it as well as mp3 content you have purchased, persists -- in effect, just like any other MP3 player.
