EUREKA.....This has been on my mind for a few days now. I don't remember who first planted the seed, but it got me thinking along lines of banner ads. Where else? It's a natural. Only this is how I pictured it little different,and costs CF nil:

PAY BILLS NOW!!!

-- BANK/FINIANCIAL INSTITUTE

-- UTILITIES

-- RETAIL

Just push what ever BUTTON you want, and away you go. This of course would need to be some joint project of no little effort(sound like any other partners we know of?). Or maybe billers advertise separately.
But for the bulk of the new accounts being given by integroin,et al, CF can just sit in the back office and have the transactions trucked to them..
Hey, I think someone said it a while back: paybills.com I looked it up, and therse nothing. Maybe I should get it and sell it in two years!A.W.
