Welcome, Jim -

Can't answer your questions fully - but
this issue sank with TER.

I am hoping for earnings, revenues, and
bookings upsides from these two this q and
next at least. Orders have been very "lumpy"
as you probably know. I expect the P/E
will hit 25 by Feb. if not more.

Hope others can fill in the rest.
