Abrar,

I would have to agree with you on the future of Operating Systems.
Both Microsoft and Apple have to get into the 'service' side of the
computer world if they hope to survive. Where would ATT be today
if they had simply relied on selling phones! The next ten years
in software will be interesting, I think.
