This Ben Carson has stated he would still have women go to term even if pregnancy was caused by rape or incest. Got a link??? It appears Carson stated no such thing. On his website, Carson supports the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act which would make it illegal to have an abortion more than 20 weeks after fertilization, allowing exceptions for rape, incest or the life of the mother.
