Next proxy I'm going to nominate Peter as a Director complete with 1 mil stock options. Peter has suffered the longest and has done more PR for Tracer than they know. Least they can do is repay him (and us)with a well or three.

For my part, this ongoing JV discussion is taking just a little too long. Either their terms are unreasonable, the seismic is inadequate or the two JV companies in question are dragging this out for some reason. Why not quit monkeying around, sell out to someone like Sante Fe R, exchange shares (or pay us $1.50 + a share), and get some muscle behind this exploration :-).

Frankly, I thought Pertamina or the Indonesian gov would have stepped in long ago to sweeten the JV negotiations (like throw in a couple of concessions). Afterall any potential oil find is in their best interest. Very strange.
