>>> People start the business for one purpose, make profit. There maybe some "good will" exceptions but none of them would last longer. Every company wants to win and hurt its competitors as badly as it can, no more no less. There is no "good" or "bad" in this sense, company's interest is the highest priority of all. There is no "friends" or "enemies".

Technically, what you advocate is known as 'amorality.' Fortunately, not everyone believes in it, or society would quickly fall apart.
However, you probably are not really amoral or unethical by nature, but have had some bad experiences and so are now bitter and cynical. You can change that. To paraphrase someone, you can't become a bitter cynic without first having been a naive idealist. It's the extent of the fall that hurts so much at first.
Moral people exist. Ethical people exist (and I don't mean situational ethics.) Not perfect people, but people who are trying.
I hope you can find yourself again. Principles work, for society, for most employers, for those close to one, and for the internal peace of the individual who has them.
Passion for your work will also make you better at it, a fact that has been determined with a great deal of certainty. You only have one life. Don't waste it on things you feel nothing for.
Sincerely, Chaz
