A takeover is definitely within the realm of possibility at these levels. I think the mysterious headlines may originate from symbol tsfw which is TSI international. Whoever wrote the article accidentally replaced the f with an s which could happen since they are sound somewhat similar when pronounciated ( eef and ees) and falsly raised hopes. Hopefully my theory is incorrect.
