Trial lawyers encourage trivial law suits, in particular against rural MDs. Their relentless attacks, driven by greed, have resulted in many areas of the US with inadequate medical facilities. In addition, they've financially hamstrung many American industries which triggered outsourcing of jobs and often entire companies to the third world. Last but certainly not least, today those same vultures are salivating at the prospect of removing the one effective tool that has kept all our families safe from another terrorist attack since 9/11/01.
