Having considered the different angles, I'm tending to agree with you on this. If Iomega was trying to drum up interest in a new product, I would expect them to be putting out a lot more pointers to this site.

This might not be the absolutely best time to introduce a new version of Jaz anyway. Best to let people forget about the disk recall first.
