dacoola, I'm very sure that this only concerns the U.S. National Parks. There was a newspaper story on it in the Washington State local newspapers, because WA will be banning them. It mentioned that some other states were also banning or were planning to ban them. No mention at all that this was a worldwide effort. I live by Puget Sound. There are miles and miles of public water landings along the sound that are not affected at all, and I see the jet skis in use every weekend. We don't need to sweat this at all, because it doesn't impact TGSK at all at this time. If TGSK were selling them in the U.S., then we could fret a little. But even when TGSK expands to the U.S., I'm sure that Colin will judicially pick which states to get into, plus wisely choose which products to sell there. Hypothetically, let's say that Colin wants to pick between California and Washington. If California doesn't have the ban, and he wants to sell buku jet skis then he opts for California. But in the long run, I don't think that ppl will NOT buy jet skis just because of the restriction in National Parks because there are many public places to use them. Anyway, this is moot because he doesn't sell them in the U.S. yet anyway. LOL
