Peter,
I didn't know that 1/4 of the dose of xopenex is just as effective. I use to think it was 1/2 the dose. If so, it definitely means the S-isomer is harmful. It would be criminal for physicians to prescribe the Racemic Albuterol. I hope the salesmen get that point across effectively. May be one of the patients can file a lawsuit to get the physicians' attention. Any voluteer ?
