Ted when things start to go really bad I really fear that these people like things to go bad. Their only political capital is fear. They just wait for more "opportunities" (C. Rice, september 2001) like 9/11. That's exactly right. When things go really bad, that gives them the accuse to implement the more radical elements of their program. With these people, just because it sounds unbelievable we shouldn't think it's impossible. Like with public debt, they love to create "fait accomplis". They are willfully choosing possible dead ends or situations which even a "liberal" government can't undo anymore. What they are doing is usually called high treason. Yes, it usually is......but to understand why its being ignored, read no further than MM or Ten or DR. Fifty two percent of Americans like what Bush is doing and don't fully understand the possible ramifications of his ideology and its goals. Europe has reason to be worried. ted
