Hi Lee,I think we are close to seeing some big news that will propel us to a new level.Great volume today and some big trades.This financing is basically a line of credit With a discount to the market,The key is that the bottom end of this financing is at $.40 so even if Jawz is trading below this level they would be able to get money at $.40.I believe that we are well on are way past a dollar,so this should probably never be an issue.The biggest feature is the fact that the price is set on the previous 3 trading days so if Jaws was to take a run for three days,they could call up TK and say they want X amount of money even if the price were to pull back TK has to give it to them based on the 3 day trading average.This is much better than the old terms Where Jaws would call up TK and say We need X amount of money,and then Jaws would have to wait the specified time because the price was set on the next 10 trading days,so you were unsure of how much stock you would have to Issue.
As Barrie has said in the past this gives them the opportunity to be more selective on the terms of a new financing,I am sure they are looking for the right deal,why take the first company that comes along with a cheque when you could get some one that may have some value added features.ie promote Jaws to their clients as one example.
There is something positive happening because although we are seeing some small trades there are trades in the 10k sh -40k sh range,and this is a very good sign.
