Check out OZON, should move today:

OZON currently at .55*.53 is a great stock to own for the LONG, but as
of the situation in it TODAY it also GREAT MID hold play 1-3week hold.
The word on the Street that any day now the Company is too launch a PR
Campaign to enlighten the world on OZON, as the OZON Managment feels
that is it Undervalued

Cyclo3 PSS Corp.
Ticker symbol: OZON
Outstanding shares: 22.1 mil
Float: 20 mil

Recent developments noted in latest filings:
Procter & Gamble (NYSE PG) will help to finance OZONÝs operations
through
a series of loans, which could lead to P&G owning a portion of OZON by
becoming a shareholder. There are many conditions that must be met in
order for OZON to obtain this financing from P&G. Though they are
already
working together on projects.

Joint efforts will continue with Foster Miller, Inc., in efforts to
create
a market for Biochem's monomer to the aerospace industry.

The Company currently has contracts with the U.S Navy for its Laundry
system.

The Company has provided major agricultural producers with prototype
ECO-PURE test systems that have been installed in wet produce processing
plants, long-term produce storage facilities, short term banana and
tomato
ripening rooms, and for use in treatment of herbal remedies and dietary
supplements.

Speculative outlook: If/when OZON gains the financing from P&G, we
believe
that revenues from these operations, will in turn help the other
divisions
of OZON become profitable.

Recent announcements:
Jan 18, 2000 CYCLOPSS Corporation, Procter & Gamble (NYSE: PG) and
OTRES,
Inc. announced today an agreement on a co-marketing venture that will
combine products from both Procter & Gamble and OTRES in the oral care
product category.
Procter & Gamble executives said the agreement is intended to provide
consumers with a group of products that, when used together, will
deliver
a broad range of oral care benefits.

Jan 25, 2000 CYCLOPSS Corporation and OTRES INC. of Chicago, Ill.
reported today the levels of interest and immediate acceptance of the
new
OTRES TOOTHBRUSH SANITIZER introduced at the International Housewares
Convention in Chicago last week exceeded all expectations. Cyclopss,
under
contract to Otres, spent eight months in the development and testing of
the technology, and was eventually so impressed by the performance of
the
technology and the overall design of the product, that CYCLOPSS
introduced
the product to the CREST division of P&G. The introduction resulted in a
co-marketing agreement between CREST and OTRES.

Nov. 1, 1999-Cyclopss Corporation announced today that it has entered
into
a Technology Licensing Agreement with CONSOLIDATED STILLS & STERILIZERS
of
Boston, MA. The agreement licenses the ozone medical instrument
sterilization technology developed and patented by Cyclopss for use in
the
STER-O-ZONE 100. The terms include an initial licensing fee and ongoing
royalties from Consolidated once they have perfected the technology and
are producing sales.
Says Dr. Durand Smith, "The agreement with Consolidated is the one of
several technology partnerships that Cyclopss is actively pursuing.
These
strong strategic allies allow for the most rapid introduction, support
and
acceptance of ozone application technologies within each specific market
segment."

(January 19, 1999) - Cyclopss Corporation, announced today it has
signed a
research agreement with a major meat producer. The objective of this
sponsored research will be to determine the pathogen killing capability
of
the ECO-PURE OZONE process on the cuttings and trimmings of red meats
prior to grinding.

Company overview:
The companyÝs sole purpose is to utilize and implement and develop
techniques with ozone. Whether ozone is employed as a sterilant in the
highly demanding health care environment or as a potent water treatment
technology in a half dozen other industries, Cyclopss' approach is
consistent. Through a combination of innovative engineering and
proprietary technology, Cyclopss uses ozone to create cost effective,
environmentally sound solutions to some of the world's most vexing
problems.

Ozone is also one of the most powerful oxidants known. And oxidation is
a
process fatal to microorganisms and of great value in a variety of
industrial processes. This makes it very effective as a disinfectant.
For the consumer, ozone kills harmful microorganisms quickly and leaves

behind no chemical residue.

The markets specifically targeted by Cyclopss include:
Medical Sterilization:
Timely and effective sterilization of medical instruments and devices is
of paramount importance to hospitals and to manufacturers of medical
products. Ozone is one of the most powerful oxidizing agents known, but
its sterilization potential has never been fully realized because ozone
turns into oxygen quickly and is therefore impractical to store.
Cyclopss
Medical Systems has developed ozone generating technology that is both
small and highly efficient. This technology allows the development of
ozone sterilizers that are compact, easy to operate and cost effective
in
both hospital and manufacturing settings.

Commercial laundry washing and bleaching:
Cost effective and environmentally responsible washing processes are in
great demand by large processors of reusable textile products. Ozone has
long been identified as an effective water purifier with powerful
oxidizing capabilities. Textile cleaning benefits have historically been
difficult to obtain from ozone, however, because it quickly reverts to
its
more stable state of oxygen and therefore must be generated as it is
used.
Consolidation and the changing textile market are driving laundries to
become more competitive in their production methods. Helping streamline
a
plant's bottom line is the Cyclopss VAC Soil Counting System. Customized
for each customer location, the VAC provides economical methods of
inventory control, count accuracy, personnel management, and reduced
labor. Along with these tangible benefits are intangible advantages such
as better sorts, higher quality wash loads, clearer waste water, and
many
others. By utilizing an advanced computerized distribution system and
patented ozone generation technology, Cyclopss is able to fully harness
the potency of ozone.

Food processing:
Many food processing facilities use water systems to wash and transport
fruits and vegetables. Unfortunately, the water can become heavily
contaminated with pesticides washed from the food and with various
microbes that live in the rich organic environment.
Ozone reacts with many pesticides, degrading them and reducing their
toxicity. And ozone's effectiveness in controlling microbial growth is
well established by its medical sterilization application.
Fruit and vegetable processing systems that incorporate Cyclopss ozone
generating technology will be able to produce cleaner food while using
substantially less water. They will also reduce the amount of toxic
discharges from the process, resulting in significant savings.
Ozone washing technology also may have application in the treatment of
meats, poultry and eggs to reduce microbial contamination.

"According to Pauli, members of the $430 billion food processing
industry
are free to use ozone right now in their washing, handling and packaging
processes. However, the USDA says that since thereÝs no actual ruling
from the FDA, on-site food inspectors and their USDA bosses may need
separate enlightenment about ozoneÝs safety and efficacy. Another USDA
concern is worker safety, which may be a moot point since chlorine is
more
toxic than ozone. The USDAÝs lack of initiative in this case may come
as
a surprise when you consider the recent Hudson Foods' problem and the
estimated 4,000 deaths and five million illnesses caused annually in the
U.S. by tainted food. Couple this with the fact that ozone has been used
safely in the treatment of municipal water sources and bottled water for
years, and you have all the makings of a Beltway bottleneck.
Ozone is now known to be one of the most powerful disinfectants and
oxidants and kills microbial contaminants like Esherichia coli (E.coli),
Listeria, Salmonella, Giardia and Cryptosporidium more effectively than
conventional disinfectants. In fact, ozone kills E.coli more than 3000
times faster than chlorine. A side benefit of ozone is that it leaves
behind no chemical residue, unlike chlorine, another popular food
additive."

Waste water treatment:
Cooling towers and other industrial processes that use large quantities
of
recirculating warm water also use large quantities of chemicals to
prevent
microbes and algae from building up in the system.
Ozone is effective as a replacement for many of these chemicals, once
again reducing operating costs and potential damage to the environment.

Biochemical research, development and production:
Cyclopss Biochemical Corporation is a service corporation with extensive
experience providing custom synthesis and contract chemical and
biochemical research. Cyclopss' highly qualified chemists have an
excellent reputation for industrial chemical and biochemical problem
solving.
The chemists employed by Cyclopss Biochemical Corporation focus their
efforts on three specific areas:
h Custom synthesis.
h Compound isolation, purification and identification.
h Research and development.
