I have been postponing this particular file change over for sometime, but today I tried to change a complex market analysis file I use from QP1 to QP2. All the hidden background data for my McLellan stuff landed in the right place to work, but it is only giving me data up to 08/13/97 which is the CD cutoff date I would bet. Checking MetaStock and SuperCharts programs says that the available dates are from something in 1990 up to 08/13/97. I frankly, don't know which string to pull to get it to stitch in the remaining dates that are available. The MetaStock Output works fine for .lst of stocks I have been working with, but I probably built those from scratch. What I did in this case is to move the QP1 contents with there .dat & .dop in the folder I was working with over to a /TEMP and then to export the .lst from QP2 MetaStock Output. for some reason it is not getting the recent data over there. In the QP2 charting program the full data range is visible from the same .lst. It is probably simple, but for now it's got me stumped. Tom
