ICCSA claims they hired Prudential as their investment banker.

Right, using what for cash? Couldn't be they plan to issue stock, or maybe a huge pile of warrants? This will be interesting if they ever report the details.

Let's see, the company has no assets, few employees, and no widely accepted E-commerce software.

I'm sure the buyers will be lined up out the door. Funny how no one is buying the stock on the news.
