There is a small pool of legal 20mm long guns in the USA. Importing new ones is apparently forbidden now. I can't have one in CA (on account of state law). But with non-explosive ammo (AP is still a dumb bullet), I'd call it OK.

I wouldn't shoot one, mind you. I like my shoulder in one piece.
