Uhmmm, mindmeld, US citizens do not have the "right to practice religion in ... public organizations such as public schools or other governmental institutions". In fact, such action is generally banned. What you describe as "one of your rights" is illegal, so perhaps you should read the bill of rights again.

I'm interested to see the statute that you are referring to. You're making this up. Can I not pray in a public school if I want? Wear a cross? Get on my knees and pray toward Mecca? Sure you can. You're full of it.
