Yea Jeff, I'm shorting the stock and I asked you to reveal details of a private placement of 2.4 million unrestricted .17 shares on May 8 in order to help my cause. I guess that makes you an accessory to my short position. As far as name and numbers go Jeff, nice try, but I didn't bite then and I'm not now. Too bad Jeff, after our last go round I had warmed up to you again and you know this. Do you remember the PM you sent me telling me all about your big heart? Where was your big heart when you were counting your .17 shares and telling me to buy when RDIM was north of .70? So please don't publish things you know are not true again. You misled me with the .46 private placement number and the share count number. Your pals in your Club may not care but many others do. I am a firm believer in the concept of just desserts. I hope you get yours.
