I concur with Ray Noorda's comment here to the press on what Schmidt needs to do, and is doing. The rest (COO, CFO, additional board members) will follow with time. This has been my reason for buying NOVL from the start, undervalued, and major upside potential with Schmidt as CEO.

<Noorda sat quietly in the audience and said afterward the vote to support reinstatement of the entire board left him with "no anger, just a question about their usefulness." Schmidt's promise the company would be focusing on network and Internet products and feeding many new products to customers soon is "exactly what they need to do," he said.>
