All the services were previously available at either the First Chicago or Bank One sites and were combined to create the new one. Internet Agreements Bank One has also been building its Internet business through agreements with popular Web sites. In November, Bank One said it will pay as much as $125 million to be the exclusive provider of banking services on Excite Inc., the No. 2 Internet search directory. In October, Bank One's First USA agreed to pay Microsoft Corp. $90 million to advertise on Microsoft Network for five years.
