I was with Peace Corps in Lebanon for the US governememt and you cannot imagine what conditions those people live in, Afghanistan is like Paris for Palestinian

So Israel is also responsible for the conditions of the Palestinians in Lebanon? Why didn't Lebanon resettle these people? Do you think that if Israel had also shoved all the Jewish refugees from the Arab countries into refugee camps (there were just as many Jewish refugees as Arab ones, did you know that?) and kept them on the UNWRA dole for fifty years, they could get some sympathy too?
