I need help again! Actually it's not me this time but a co-worker.
She has been plagued with viruses for the last few months and it appears that she has been hit again almost.
She was receiving her e-mails when Norton let her know that one of them had a virus. It gave her the option to quarantine it and to send it to Norton which she did.
She wants to know how she can get it off her hard drive completely. There was an option to delete it from quarantine but she is afraid that that will only make it "live" again.
How can she get rid of it for good?
TIA
Susie
