Thinking about it some more it is possible that confusion has arisen because we have two designations for companies in the UK. Of course in the case of X-Stream Technologies UK Ltd the entire share capital is owned by X-Stream Technologies Inc. which is owned by X-Stream Network Inc. EG XYZ. PLC where the PLC stands for Public Ltd Co. or XYZ. Ltd Now strangely enough a plc can be an unquoted company whereas a Ltd can never be a quoted company. So any one seeing a company with the designation Ltd would automatically assume (without further research) that it was privately owned. Anyway we'll await the response to Suntraders email.
