well firstly.. can't debate unless the 10 year actually gets to 10%. it could, but it would be a strange thing if it did.. meaning a whole bunch of other stuff has happened.

but if inflation/currency debasement is running at 20%, well, wtf?

income is going to be a huge bitch as this unfolds. aka, net income, real purchasing power. capital gains will be least, income most, for most people.

and crazy, there are not alternatives. every country on the planet shares the same problem, more or less.
