Don't you think they will release the numbers and make other relevant anouncements before the meeting? It would, in my opinion, be really, really bad shareholder relations to not give us the numbers, or to anounce the new CEO and new business plan with enough time to digest them before the shareholders meeting. Particularly if they plan on actually voting on anything at the meeting. At a minimum, they have to give us a few weeks notice of the meeting.
