So he's a vegetarian and eschews leather belts, boots, etc., right? Sure. The dynamic here is that hunters are equated with red state-ers and so these flaky types need to demonize hunters as a class as a result of this multiple murder. Everything is politics anymore. (And here, I used to think everything was ultimately about sex<g>) Having said all that, I'd never personally participate in a hunt. Don't like the idea of it. The disconnect between the kill and my steak or Ferragamos is just fine with me. Doesn't mean that I think every hunter is some kind of loony tune or sadist. I'll never play football either.<g> sheesh!
