It sounds very much like DEC's board is quite envious of IBM's recovery, now back to 1987 highs, while DEC is still $160 bucks under theirs. 160...umm.. INTC?? Anyway, the market did not priced in the billions that DEC might win in such a suit... only up 2 and change. They need 164. DEC, just quit the PC business and get back into software. Your VAX/VMS was quite good.
