Anything less than 0.50 will produce a sell-off for sure. A 50 bp cut will be a hard play. Most likely there will be a pop in celebration of the cut, but where we go depends on where we start and what levels hold. Any move over 11,050 will be bullish with a potential target of 11,400 or so. Failure to break 11,000 on a pop will be bearish and anything that causes the DOW to move below 10,700 will be even more bearish. Nasdaq of course needs to break above 2250 to be bullis. Key support levels below are 2085 and 2000.
