These guys are advertising their own product, nothing more.

And, it doesn't sound like a very useful product.

Accompanying that is a letter to West Thomson asking why the decisions of U.S. courts are not available in an unencumbered format.

Perhaps that letter ought to be directed to the Administrative Office of the US Courts. They'e the ones who contract with West Thomson to publish the decisions.
