speedbot, ISLD has 35M (not 60M) post-offering shares and 6M low float. Again, ISLD at $30 and $1B market cap (soon to be $60/share and your $2 billion figure :-)) is cheap especially compared to the $5+B EXDS market cap, $14B market opportunity in 2003 and sterling customer list, including Cisco, E*Trade and BidCom. In a bonus feature which I don't believe the market knows or has focused on yet, as techbuzz pointed out in an earlier post, ISLD also has technology which compares favorably to Akamai and Sandpiper (soon to be very hot IPOs with billion dollar market caps).
Based on its very promising fundamentals as a net infrastructure play and low float, ISLD stock price should have a nice run up to the end of the quiet period on 7/26/99 and strong buys from the underwriters. If I may, I think your mistake is the $60 million amount to be raised based on a $10 proposed offering price. The following sites (including Hoover's) list 35.47 (not 60) million post-offering shares.
