I do not see the relevancy of Mr. Schottenstein selling some of his stock two months ago. The implication here is that there is something ominous about it. In fact, he sold a relatively small percentage of his holdings in the $37-$42 range. If he had ulterior motives he would have waited until the split announcement.

Michael Dell sold 450,000 shares of Dell Computer in February at $125-$130 per share near its last split pre-split high. In Feb. Bill Gates III sold 4 Million shares of Microsoft just before a split So what? These guys are winners who thrive on success.

You folks with a shorter's mentality all share the same brain. You seem to thrive on negativism and can't wait to find some way to plant an innuendo or rumor that will self-serve your greedy purpose. Go somewhere else to spew your irrelevant, unsubstantiated crap!
