I agree w/your assessment. It seems insiders/officers(8) sell as soon as they get their hands on their options, therefore they seem to have little confidence in further price appreciation. From my charts it appears that the stock is topping and may be a better buy later this month/year. I personally don't believe in shorting a stock - just my preference.
