Lisa: Not at all. I should have made it more clear. He knows absolutely nothing about the suit or its bona fides, owns no Intel or DEC stock or options and has never represented them or had anything to do with them. He could possibly answer general questions about patent law in general. On balance, any information he could provide would not be of any value from an investment standpoint.
