Two things...

The video clip may not have been saved to disk.

If the clip has been saved to disk, use FIND, Date Tab, with Previous Day and Created selected.

Expand the FIND window to full screen, click the SIZE column to sort by size, and look for a big file. Click this file to be sure it's the one you want. Right click and delete.
