koan, you are aware that Sinclair is long-time friends with Jakaya Kikwete, the president of Tanzania? i think the political climate couldn't be better for foreign companies...tanzania is trying to draw even more investment into the country, which can be seen as kikwete has been on a push to "sell" tanzania... there has been some concern about mining contract reviews ongoing in tanzania, but this is only concerning barrick and anglogold so far b/c of not paying taxes...an agreement was struck recently with barrick, so it seems the issues are being settled...
