Can I play? What does it foretell when the gold to oil ratio spikes to near record highs? macrotrends.net I mean people are worried about hyper inflation, loss of confidence in the dollar, basement, etc. but the dollar (and oil and many other things) are not indicating a problem (yet?). Is the real risk at this juncture deflation (that nobody seems to be talking about) and not inflation? If I had to bet (and i do, as we all must do in this life), I think the currency crisis comes later still...we are not there yet. One more round of deflation is coming this way, followed by maybe the mother of all inflation that will be final nail in the dollar coffin. The dollar gets to be king one more time?
