Hi Mike:

A lot of the shareholders of Sirocco (sp??) which is located here in CT are on that list and even @ $20 its a great deal (although not like 90 when the deal was announced). I also know the top shareholders were receiving financial advice and may have hedged their shares to lock in profits and had to wait till the deal closed to sell the shares and unwind the hedge.

On NAT. In a cleaning mode I trashed my research notes and financials. I figure my fuzzy memory is enough. John's become interested and if you still have the paperwork can you fax him a copy.

Also Zeev Hed thinks NAZ bounces for a few days this week but still turns down and doesn't set a bottom till early march. He's been right on in the market for at least the last year (although he can change pretty quick depending on circumstances).
