Hmmm "...because there was no operating company named Xylox." According to the searches I've done there WAS a "XyloX North America" in Michigan. That seems to be correlated with this: bizjournals.com I won't do your homework for you, but look in Ann Arbor, Michigan. If you do your research properly you'll find out what went on.
