Well 3 Arab diplomats have worked this all out with 3 conditions. Number 2 is that the US troops leave the gulf forever. Anyone who thinks GWB is going to agree to that is just as f-ing stupid and naive is the jerk offs on the trading floor who are passing this along. Since I don't believe the traders are absolute naive morons I am left with the thought that their only goal is to manipulate the market with these rumors and such. I am also then left to think the news services that pass this shit on as news are also in the business of manipulating the market.
