The Palestinians weren't the poor losers. The losers were all the Arab countries who invaded Israel: Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Algeria, Kuwait, Sudan and the whole Arab nation.

Whatever. As the winner in a war, you have two choices. The first is you have to rebuild the loser in a form that is acceptable to you and to the loser (that's what we're doing in Iraq right now). Or, you have to kill all the losers. Obviously, the first option is preferable, and the Israelis have failed to do that. Thus, almost 60 years of conflict.

It's unreasonable to lay the blame on the defeated Palestinians. They are less educated, less wealthy, less organized and less capable to do ANYTHING compared to the Israelis. With power (which the Israelis have) comes responsibility. They have failed to create a mutually acceptable situation in the land that they occupy, and until they do so (or until they kill ALL their adversaries) there will be war in that region.
