From the AZNT shareholder letter dated March 12, 1999:

The auditors are well underway in the auditing of our records and Books for completion of the 10K for the year ending December 31, 1998.

The written discrepancies between the 8K and the shareholder's letters are cause for serious concern. This should not be acceptable to any honest investor.
