Carl: As I said at the time of the acquisition, your " British gentleman " is laughing all the way to the bank. He is not going to buy shares until he sees that the company can survive. Looking at it from a "potential" acquirer the current price is too high. I may pay a generous net price of 1 X to 2X annual sales, which right now looks like $80 to $160 MM, but this is net price, I'll have to adjust the books for all non recoverable assets, so I'll have to take off some $50 MM off this price coming to about $30 to $130 depending on how generous I want to be. An acquirer at let say a mid point of $80 MM, will need to swallow goodwil of $90 MM. This is quite rich.
