AGM postponed - this is getting stupid - the longer this crap goes on - the longer the stock will go nowhere - maybe that's what everyone wants ! Vancouver, BC, December 3, 1998: The Board of Directors of Anzex Resources Ltd. announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) originally scheduled for December 21, 1998, will be deferred until early in 1999. The exact date will be announced in a subsequent release. The Board has become aware that the former President of the Company Mr. Hoult has been disseminating through the Internet unofficial news releases without the approval of the company or its management. The statements although under the guise of an official Anzex news release are completely unauthorized and do not represent the position of the Company. Shareholders are to be aware that the Company's official Anzex website addresses are www.anzex.com.au and www.anzex.com. Shareholders are urged to contact the Company directly or visit its official websites for factual information. President James Kermeen and Director/Consultant Dr. A.J. Naldrett are currently in New Zealand reviewing the Longwoods platinum exploration project and will subsequently be reporting their findings to shareholders immediately upon their return. Exploration at Longwoods continues uninterrupted with drill hole #4 currently underway at a depth of approximately 500 meters.
