I will try to explain who the Meyer Group is. Ed Meyer worked on the New York Floor for some 20 years and was later a Vice President with Merrill Lynch in New York. I have never met him personally although we have become very good friends over the phone. I talk to him daily. I have known him for about four years and I trust him as much as anyone I know. He is very professional and a very knowledgeable man. He feels that Harris is an honest man. I know Ed owns alot of stock that he bought through the market just like the rest of us. If the news is not out before open, I don't think we should panic, but everyone should call Harris and get his reasons.
